Meet The BT@R Team

Pastor
Rev. Jack "Pastor Jack" Steltzer has served in ministry for 34 years and currently leads Blessed Trinity Lutheran Church at Rosemont, a vibrant congregation formed through the merger of five Bethlehem churches.

Passionate about building community, he finds joy in ministering to people of all ages- from the elderly to the young- and walking alongside those seeking God's presence in their lives.

Office Manager
Leigh Kukoly
Leigh has a degree to teach middle and high school history which she used when working as a substitute teacher, and for three years working in special education. Leigh worked as a church secretary for two Lutheran churches and an Episcopal church before becoming a stay-at home mom. While raising her two girls, she spent a lot of time volunteering in their schools, including being the PTG President, and with Girl Scouts as a Troop Leader and Service Unit Manager, along with being on council committees. Leigh also worked for two years prior to working here at two different public libraries.

Leigh enjoys growing fruits and vegetables, baking, reading, and visiting historical sites. People would be surprised that one of her favorite music genres is 80’s punk rock. Leigh says her favorite thing about working at BT@R is the variety of things she gets to do.

Treasurer
Joe Bleier
Joe is our treasurer and serves on BT@R's Church Council.

Finance Secretary
Amanda Zaniesienko
Amanda has been working for Rosemont Lutheran Church, now Blessed Trinity Lutheran Church at Rosemont, for over 2 years. She is an artist who hopes for and works for a more peaceful world, through her daily actions, but also through her work with Lehigh-Pocono Committee of Concern (LEPOCO). BT@R is the kind of open, loving, welcoming community that Amanda feels at home with.

Social Media Coordinator
Debbie Dravecz
Debbie grew up in the Lehigh Valley, but currently lives in Erie, PA. She loves to spend time with friends and family, comb the shores of Lake Erie for beach glass, and find any excuse to be outside- bike riding, hiking, skating, & snowshoeing. Debbie's happy place is Lake Erie. People would be surprised to find out she enjoys making her own maple syrup! Her favorite thing about working at BT@R would be the PEOPLE- so welcoming & authentic!
